Welcome to the new look of the OMLA e-newsletter!
Dear Readers:
2008 is about transitions and we are no different! We hope that you find this new look and distribution method of the OMLA e-newsletter to be easy to use and use and a valuable resource for the community. We hope to publish this at least once a month so you can be informed about interesting events happening in the legal community that might be of particular interest to ethnic minorities.
It is our intention that our e-newsletter can be used as a resource for many people. From time to time we may advertise an event sponsored by an organization that expresses a variety of perspectives. OMLA does not necessary endorse the views expressed in our postings.
SUBMISSIONS:
If you would like to submit a job posting to our e-newsletter, or advertise an upcoming event please contact Akira Heshiki ( Akira@oregonminoritylawyer.org ) job postings must be limited to 150 words, contain contact information and must be submitted in word or email format. A PDF or other non-editable format will not be accepted. A link to website or email is encouraged. Submissions should be made by the 15th of each month for the next publication date.
DISTRIBUTION:
Finally, note that our newsletter is distributed to OMLA members and those we have identified as interested parties and supporters of our organization and its mission. If you would like to be removed from this newsletter or would like your name to be added for future distribution please contact Michelle Casney ( mcasney@osbar.org ).
